Payment Commission to HHS: Give Us Fair Warning |
The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) has urged Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar to give clear and timely guidance when HHS elects to end the current public health emergency. “States cannot simply turn Medicaid policies on or off with the stroke of a pen,” the group said.
