COVID-19 has changed everyone’s thoughts about where health care happens. Now a coalition of hospital systems and in-home care providers has formed to push for some of those changes to remain permanent. Moving Health Home, as the group is called, launched this week and says its goal is to expand clinical options available in the home, from primary care to hospital-at-home treatment. Members include home health companies like Signify Health and Elara Caring as well as Ascension, one of the country’s biggest private health care systems.  
 
“Over 17% of Medicare beneficiaries are living with six or more chronic conditions. In-home, patient-centered care is critical to managing the complex health needs of our nation’s older adults,” Landmark Health CEO Nick Loporcaro said. “We need a public policy agenda that ensures access to innovative in-home care.” Read more here
