Regulatory changes released by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in response to COVID-19 are almost all “good news,” according to William Dombi, president of the National Association for Homecare and Hospice. Here’s what you need to know.


Regulatory Relief for HME
This week, CMS released an emergency Interim Final Rule that included some much-needed relief for the HME sector. The only piece missing, according to AAHomecare, was postponement of the competitive bidding program. The FAQ document is included here.
