How the Virus Has Affected M&A Activity
Mergers and acquisition (M&A) activity is down about 35% for home health in the second quarter of the year, according to Mertz-Taggart’s quarterly M&A report. The firm reported just nine transactions for the quarter—but says the industry is holding back due to the Patient Driven Groupings Model, rather than the novel coronavirus.
