Noninvasive Ventilators Removed from Competitive Bidding

In a move hailed by home medical equipment and respiratory therapy advocacy groups, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services removed noninvasive ventilators from the competitive bidding program last week. The decision, said CMS, was made in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
