Brentwood, Tenn. (December 1, 2020)—Numotion, a provider of complex rehab technology (CRT), has expanded into Amarillo, Texas with the acquisition of the CRT division of BritKare. Founded in 1995, BritKare has been dedicated to serving the mobility needs of customers in the geographies surrounding Amarillo and Lubbock, Texas for more than 25 years. BritKare CRT employees will join the Numotion team, which includes four Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) and a number of support staff.

This is the eighth branch for Numotion in the state and is part of the company’s larger expansion effort to grow its presence in the region. This follows Numotion’s recent acquisition announcements of Northland Rehab Supply in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Monroe Wheelchair in Rochester, New York.

“Numotion is proud to continue to grow our reach in Texas with this investment in BritKare,” said Mike Swinford, Numotion CEO. “We are committed to continuing our expansion in all markets in an effort to better serve the disability community by providing greater access to innovative mobility and independence resources, products, services and solutions.”
