PHOENIX, Ariz. (December 18, 2020)—Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and associated government restrictions and limitations on large gatherings and travel restrictions, both domestically and internationally, the Medtrade West team has made the decision to postpone its annual live, face-to-face event to July 2021. Originally slated to take place April 12-14, 2021, the new event dates are Monday, July 12 to Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This date change is designed to provide participating brands and companies the time to effectively plan their participation during these challenging times.

“Our communities are incredibly eager to come together again in person. After consulting with key, long-standing exhibitors and attendees, we made the decision to secure dates in July in order to ensure maximum success for the event for all of our customers,” said York Schwab, Associate Show Director. “We feel the additional time will allow both exhibitors and attendees of Medtrade West more time to make plans for live participation in Phoenix.”

The mission of Medtrade is providing networking and educational opportunities for the HME Industry. This priority is the driving force behind our commitment to produce a July show that meets the expectations of our community. The show is focused on continuing to serve the industry, creating ways to connect and working closely with our communities, to provide the necessary support and information to prepare them for a successful July 2021 show.

The information on the website will be promptly updated and further announcements regarding the July 12-14, 2021 edition will be posted in due course.
