MALMÖ, Sweden – Nord-Lock Group has announced Daniel Westberg as their new chief executive officer. Daniel will assume his responsibilities as CEO on August 1, 2024.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – OTC Industrial Technologies has announced the acquisition of Allied Sales & Service.

“Allied is excited to join the OTC organization. We have always strived to be a trusted partner to our customers and OTC will provide additional resources that will allow us to increase that focus” said Mike Herrington, president of Allied Sales & Service.

HALMSTAD, Sweden – HMS Networks has finalized the acquisition of Red Lion Controls from Spectris Group Holdings Limited. The two companies are now one entity and can start working together on common go-to-market strategies and product offerings.

The acquisition, which was first announced December 11, 2023, has now been approved. This means that HMS Networks now has 1200 employees in 18 countries. Most staff are stationed in the U.S., Sweden and Germany. 

LONDON – Bentley Systems, Incorporated has announced that effective July 1, 2024, Greg Bentley will transition from Bentley Systems’ CEO to executive chair of its board of directors. Nicholas Cumins, currently COO, will then be promoted to CEO, and be proposed to join the board of directors.

The announcement was made during the opening event for Bentley Systems’ new UK headquarters in the City of London, beginning the observance of the company’s 40th anniversary.

GLENDALE HEIGHTS, Ill. – Tsurumi Pump hires John Hartz as the company’s new sales engineer in early March. With over 35 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Hartz has joined Tsurumi’s sales team to enhance the customer experience. He will facilitate the understanding of technical product features and help develop tailored solutions to successfully meet project requirements.
