SPARTANBURG, S.C. (February 3, 2020)—QS/1 announced a new interface for its SystemOne and Point-of-Sale software solutions to Integra’s DeliveryTrack. This interface will be a game-changer for community pharmacies wishing to improve, or begin offering, delivery services.

“Prescription delivery has become an integral part of the overall value chain, with more and more pharmacies offering same-day local delivery” said Kevin P. Welch , QS/1’s president. “It will offer our customers a way to enhance the level of care, service and convenience they’re able to provide patients in their communities.”

The interface will seamlessly connect to DeliveryTrack 6.1, offering an array of delivery services through a low-cost cloud hosted version of DeliveryTrack. Combining these two powerful platforms will streamline the process and save costs for the pharmacy.

Among its many features, DeliveryTrack 6.1 will give community pharmacies visibility and Rx level validation of their delivery process, by ensuring that what is scheduled to go out with a driver makes it out the door and onto a route, auditable proof of delivery that flows back into the pharmacy in real time, and integration with national carriers if you use those methods for delivery.

“Community pharmacies have unique opportunities to stand out when compared with their competition,” Welch added. “This new QS/1 interface with DeliveryTrack allows any pharmacy to offer delivery services and maintain the compliance and safety required.”

The interfaces to SystemOne and Point-of-Sale allow for CMS counseling messages and driver’s license scanning for controlled prescriptions. Pharmacies can also structure reports to manage drivers, keep track of delivery volumes, and take care of reconciliation and inventory updates.
